To remove a User from the System, please:
- Go to: Administration Panel -> Users
- In the “Users” section, find the User you wish to delete and click the “three dot” next to their name.
- Select “Delete” from the drop-down list.
- Confirm that you wish to delete the User.
The deleted User does not disappear completely. His or her account remains in the System, but is inactive. Why is this? The data of a deleted user must remain in order for the user’s name to be displayed correctly in e.g. the Change History
