How do you add layers to a project?

A new project is empty, there is only an underlay map.

To add layers (you can only add layers loaded into the System and prepared by the Administrator), click Add Layer and select the layers you are interested in from the Layer Manager.

After adding layers, be sure to save the changes to the project!
