Rights

Rights are a set of rules that define what a User can do in the System. They are divided into:

1. access to layers:
   1. to edit,
   2. to view,
   3. no access
2. access to tools:
   1. has access,
   2. no access.

The rights are granted by the Administrator in the Administration Panel -> Users. The Administrator always has full access to all Layers and Tools.
