What is the relation between QGIS and the System?

From the System, through a plug-in to QGIS, all spatial data that is stored in the System can be loaded and used like any other vector layer ( layer participation in analysis and analytical models). Editing of the layer is dependent on permissions and presence or absence in the water and sewer model.
