Simply put, this is a service provided by GUGiK, which aggregates WMS with data from the Land and Building Register (in terms of parcel geometry and numbering) made available by all County Surveying and Cartographic Documentation Centres in Poland. This makes it a fast and always up-to-date source of information, which can be conveniently used in the System.
