The System tools allow you to temporarily limit the visibility of objects in the map window and attribute table based on the attribute data of the vector layer, Two tools are used for this:
- Basic Filter
- Advanced filter
The filter is applied temporarily and does not edit the data sources.
Use cases:
- Show only the pipes with a diameter of 800 mm on the map
- How many underground hydrants are there in the city?
- Add an attachment to all luminaires, type SODA80 (Add an attachment to selected objects tool)
- For all cabinets on 3 May Street, set the condition attribute to “good” (Mass attribute change tool)
